Bill Barrett helps technology companies turn complex innovation into durable patent positions. His work centers on life sciences, diagnostics, computational biology, AI, and other deep-tech platforms, with prior intellectual property strategy leadership roles at Illumina and GRAIL.
For more than 25 years, Bill has advised inventors, founders, and growth-stage companies on patent portfolios that support financing, product development, strategic partnerships, and exits. At TechNomos, he leads a patent and technology practice built for companies that need practical legal judgment, technical fluency, and disciplined use of AI to move faster without losing strategic control.
Steven Gore
Biology + AI
Steven Gore helps companies protect technically complex inventions with patent work that is clear, precise, and aligned with business goals. He brings Big Law patent experience, advanced scientific training, and hands-on AI engineering fluency to work across AI-driven modeling, computational biology, life sciences, and deep-tech platforms.
At TechNomos, Steven supports patent drafting, portfolio development, and technology analysis for companies building at the edge of science and computation. He works closely with inventors to translate technical detail into patent strategies that can support product plans, fundraising, partnerships, and long-term enterprise value.
Caleb Connors
Bioinformatics + Genomics
Caleb Connors helps translate complex scientific and computational work into patent-relevant insight. As a Technical Advisor at TechNomos, he supports patent analytics, invention evaluation, and technical assessment across biotechnology, medical devices, genomic data, and data-driven innovation.
Caleb brings research experience from Georgia Tech and Emory University, where he developed and applied AI, machine learning, and analytical workflows for genomic data analysis, including specialized research programs and large NIH consortium projects. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Bioinformatics, giving him a practical foundation across biological systems, engineering principles, and computational methods.
Adeline Webb

Adeline Webb helps turn inventor disclosures into patent strategies that are clear, technically grounded, and commercially useful. Her work spans mechanical systems, medical devices, life sciences technologies, and design protection, where patent quality depends on understanding both engineering detail and claim-scope consequences.
At TechNomos, Adeline supports patent drafting, prosecution, invention evaluation, and portfolio development. She assists with application materials, office action analysis, claim amendments, and inventor-facing prosecution support, bringing practical patent prosecution experience and interdisciplinary technical judgment to each matter.
